Jennifer is... thinking junk = weight loss? This week I tried to plan my diet well which is why I still managed to lose 1lb (phew!). Knowing I was going to be pigging out for our royal wedding BBQ, I made sure that for five days I only had shakes and salads.
Come Friday, I ate whatever I wanted! Champagne and canapés while watching the ceremony? Yes, please. Steak with a glass of wine for lunch? Go on then... I just thought what's the point in not enjoying it to the max?
In a few days I'll be posing in next to nothing Of course the next morning, feeling rather hungover, there was only one thing to make me feel better - a couple of sausage barms (that's sausages in a bun to those not in the know) with brown sauce. Very naughty!
However, I more than made up for it when I went to my uncle's birthday party on Monday and had just a small helping of chicken curry and resisted the buffet table. In a few days I'll be doing a bikini shoot for Fabulous and I'm terrified of posing in next to nothing knowing millions of people will see the pictures. What have I let myself in for?
