Since giving birth to son Bobby almost two years ago, Jennifer Ellison has done a remarkable job to retain her figure. The former Brookside star was seen working out with her personal trainer in a park in Ipswich, flaunting her slender stomach in a sports bra. As well as various stretching routines, the Liverpudlian also took part in some boxing and skipping.
Dressed in matching black Nike leggings and top, the 28-year-old looked even skinnier as she pulled her vest over her head causing her stomach muscles to pull in even further. Not only is Ellison preparing for her latest fitness DVD, but she must keep in shape thanks to stripping off each night for her role in Calender Girls. She also needs to practice what she preaches, telling students at her Fame Academy in Liverpool that they need to keep fit and healthy.
This week, two of her students were treated to turning on the Christmas lights in their hometown with a certain local X Factor star from last year. Ellison tweeted: 'Wow!! Congratulations to my two students whom I have chosen to sing at Liverpool 1 s light switch on with Rebecca Ferguson 2morrow!!!!!'
The mother-of-one is also believed to be taking part in the next series of Dancing On Ice, having been spotted training on the rink. Jennifer was seen having a lesson with Olympic medallists and show mentors Jane Torvill and Christoper Dean last month. Other stars believed to be taking part include Sadie Frost, Hollyoaks actress Jorgie Porter and EastEnders star Laila Morse.
